mom's advice n me

My mom always told me;

“To success you need a KEY and you must find it by yourself.”

I asked her how?

Then she replied;

“By your experience. Each time you experienced the fails, you’ll learn new things from it. From there you’ll try to be better and even perfect for the next time. You’ll keep trying till you success. That’s where the key is.”

I said;

“Yes. I know that. I always do that. Keep trying in order to success. But Mom, WHENEVER I FIND THE KEY TO SUCCESS, SOMEONE CHANGES THE LOCK. And that’s why your poor daughter never get near to her success.”

Mom kept starring at me without blinking her eyes. I can’t tell what’s on her mind at that time.

Then, with a shaky voice she said;

“I’m gonna tell your dad about this and we’ll gonna have a looooooooooonnnnnnnnnnggggggggg talk.”

Oh...Damn... This gonna be a long night for me and I’m doomed!

I replied to her;

“Why? I don’t do anything wrong. I just told the truth. Is that too hard for you to accept? And stop starring at me like I’m nuts. I just go bananas.”

Mom; ..................................................... (Speechless of course)
