I think the absolute saddest thing is when you really truly believe
you have a friend in someone, and they backstab you. It's heartbreaking isn't
it? Sitting there wondering what you did to deserve it after investing so much
time and love into a person...but why is it that we sit there truly affected
and hurt but the other person easily walks away like nothing ever happened? I
am not someone who constantly forgives but I never give up on them. Now, I
believe that sometimes we have to give up on people. Not because we don't care
anymore, but because they don't. We were fine without them at some point, and
we will be okay again.
